Our semi-detached studio accommodation is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Solway coast, with secluded beaches and coves only a 15 minute stroll away. The Bothy has been converted with care and attention to detail, retaining character features and a high ceiling, whilst benefiting from modern touches and is highly insulated making it a quiet space, warm in winter and cool in summer.

How to book
Apr – Sep: £85 per night / £500 per week (3 night minimum)
Oct – Mar: £70 per night / £415 per week (2 night minimum)
To request to book please check available dates from the calendar below and fill in the form. Once we receive your request we will get back to you with confirmation and details on how to pay. We usually request a £100 deposit to secure your booking with payment by bank transfer preferred. Please see our booking terms for more details.
Things to note...
- We’re up a farm track which can be a little bumpy but is easily accessible to most vehicles.
- All the accommodation is on ground level with low entrance and shower thresholds so is very accessible. Please contact us for more details.
- It is very peaceful and quiet here but we are a family running a smallholding with young children so you may occasionally hear our two autistic & adventurous boys.
